What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on each negotiation and can range from 30 to 40 days. Factors considered include the number of units per style, the number of styles, and their complexity.

CLAIMS

  1. Claims for delayed delivery will be subject to a lack of information provided by DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S.
  2. In cases where DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S. has previously informed the client of date changes due to inconveniences in the production process (Force Majeure), the company will not be held liable for claims.
  3. If delays are caused by the client, DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S. will not be responsible for any claims of non-compliance.
Do you offer custom manufacturing?

Yes, we offer FULL PACKAGE services, which in its initial stage includes defining a custom design tailored to the brand identity of each client.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers to recognized banks in Colombia.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we do! We ship throughout the Colombian territory via trusted partner courier companies.

Can I request a size run according to my needs?

Yes, we adapt the size run according to each client's needs, allowing flexibility for the sizes that are most important to your brand.

What is the return and exchange policy?

The garment claim and return policy establishes the conditions and procedures to follow when making a claim or requesting a refund for purchased products.

The client has a period of five (5) days from the receipt of the order to request a return or file a claim for garments that do not meet the requirements approved at the start of the negotiation or that have defects. The client must contact the person who handled the negotiation, stating the reason for the claim and sending videos or images of it. DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S. will contact the client to confirm the return and provide shipping instructions if applicable (packaging method, courier company, and address). Once the garments are received, DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S. will physically inspect them to confirm their condition and analyze the claim according to the policy. Following confirmation from the quality control team, DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S. will have fifteen (15) business days to issue the corresponding refund or credit memo, provided the claim has been verified and accepted. When a claim involves garment rework, the return time will depend on the operational process for that specific style.

DOCO CONFECCIONES S.A.S. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the established conditions or are requested outside the indicated timeframe.

Do you provide invoices?

Yes, we provide electronic invoices for all purchases. It is necessary to send your RUT (Colombian Tax ID) to create it in our billing system.
